If you're not satisfied with Tonewell Tech Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Tonewell Tech orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase by email, or
  2. Use the receipt link Paddle emailed you at the time of purchase, or
  3. Contact us through tonewelltechniques.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro access will end and your account will revert to the Free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
