If you're not satisfied with Tonewell Tech Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Tonewell Tech orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase by email, or
- Use the receipt link Paddle emailed you at the time of purchase, or
- Contact us through tonewelltechniques.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your Pro access will end and your account will revert to the Free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
